During the tumultuous years of World War II, Father Liviu Galaction, a priest in Cluj, Romania, courageously ministered to his flock amidst Nazi persecution. He was known for his unwavering faith and outspoken defense of human dignity, offering refuge and comfort to those targeted by the regime. In 1944, he was arrested and brutally tortured for his resistance and ultimately martyred for his faith.
