In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. From the formless void, He spoke light into existence, separating it from darkness. He fashioned the sky, the land, and the seas, filling them with plants and creatures. God created man in His own image, breathing life into him and placing him in the Garden of Eden. He saw all that He had made, and it was very good. Glory to the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, now and forever. Amen.
