Saint Visarion, a humble monk from Lainici Monastery, faced immense pressure to abandon his faith during a time of upheaval. He staunchly refused to renounce Orthodoxy, enduring imprisonment and torture. Despite the suffering, he remained steadfast, finding strength in prayer and divine grace. Eventually, he was martyred for his unwavering devotion.
