Martyr Theodosie of Brazi, a Romanian Orthodox priest, refused to convert to Calvinism in the 17th century. Facing pressure to abandon his faith and community, he stood firm. Arrested and tortured, he was promised wealth and honor if he renounced Orthodoxy, but Theodosie remained steadfast. Finally, he was beheaded for his unwavering devotion. His martyrdom strengthened the Orthodox community in Transylvania, inspiring others to remain true to their beliefs.
