The Holy Spirit, the Comforter, proceeds from the Father, and together with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified. He descended upon the apostles as tongues of fire, empowering them to preach the Gospel to all nations. He is the source of wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord. He guides us into all truth, convicts the world of sin, and empowers believers to live holy lives.

Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Your faithful and kindle in them the fire of Your love. Let us worship the Holy Trinity, one God, forever and ever.
