The wells had run dry, and the crops were failing. With unwavering trust, he led the people in fervent prayer and organized a procession, carrying icons and relics, imploring God for mercy. As they reached a parched field, Saint Calinic struck the earth with his staff, and miraculously, a spring of fresh water gushed forth. The drought broke soon after, and the land was saved.
