Saint Andrew, brother of Peter, first-called Apostle, tirelessly preached the Gospel across lands. He journeyed to regions north of the Black Sea, including present-day Romania and Ukraine, planting seeds of faith. Tradition says he ordained the first bishop of Byzantium, establishing a lineage. Eventually, he faced martyrdom in Patras, Greece, crucified on an X-shaped cross.

Let us pray to #SaintAndrew, that through his intercession, we may find the strength to spread God's word and live according to His will.
