Ermil, a deacon, and Stratonic, a guard, were martyred for their Christian faith in 315 AD. Stratonic secretly practiced Christianity and wept as he watched Ermil being tortured. When asked why he was crying, he confessed his faith and was tortured alongside Ermil. They were eventually drowned in the Danube River for refusing to renounce Christ.

Let us pray to these #Martyrs to intercede for us, that we may remain steadfast in our #Faith and be granted the strength to endure trials for the sake of our Lord.
