On November 22, we remember Iuliu Veteranul, a Romanian soldier during World War II. Captured on the Eastern Front, he refused to renounce his #Christian #Faith and embrace communism despite torture and promises. He remained steadfast, confessing Christ until his martyrdom in 1944.
