🔥 Martyr Sava, a Goth serving in the Romanian lands, stood firm in his #Faith when Athanaric persecuted Christians. Ordered to eat pagan sacrificial meat, Sava refused, declaring his belief in Christ. Even when his own people testified he was not among them, Sava confessed, "I am a Christian." He was drowned in the Musaios River in 372 AD, embracing martyrdom rather than deny Christ.
