Venerable Visarion, a monk from Romania, stood firm in his faith against communist oppression. In the 1950s, despite imprisonment and torture, he refused to renounce his beliefs or denounce fellow Christians. His steadfastness inspired many to remain true to their faith during a dark period. He died in prison, a martyr for his unwavering commitment to #God.
