Pahomie of Gledin, Bishop of Roman, stood firm against imperial pressure to renounce Orthodox teachings. He endured imprisonment and torture rather than compromise his faith. Even in chains, his spirit remained unbroken. He continued to teach and inspire fellow Christians. His steadfast devotion to Christ led to his martyrdom. His sacrifice strengthened the resolve of the Orthodox community during times of persecution.

Let us pray that, through his intercessions, we may be granted strength and courage to defend the #Orthodox #Faith in the face of adversity and remain true to the teachings of #Christ.
