In the Roman city of Marcianopolis, during Emperor Aurelian’s reign, lived Lup, a devoted servant of God. When Saint Theodore of Amasea, a military man, was martyred for his faith by fire, Lup, Theodore's friend and servant, returned to Theodore's house. Using Theodore's signet ring, Lup performed miracles, healing the sick and driving out demons, converting many to #Christianity. He destroyed pagan idols, openly proclaiming the power of Christ. Arrested for his faith, Lup refused to sacrifice to idols and was tortured. Unwavering, he was eventually beheaded.

O Holy #Martyr Lup, pray to God for us and intercede to heal the sick and bring many to Christ! #Saints #Faith #Prayer
