Venerable Iraclie, born into a devout family in Basarabia, felt a strong calling to monasticism from a young age. He joined the Caldarusani Monastery, where he excelled in obedience and prayer. Known for his humility and wisdom, he was later chosen as abbot of the monastery. Facing turbulent times and challenges, he guided his monastic community with unwavering faith and spiritual discernment, always placing the needs of others before his own. He reposed in peace, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion.
