Ilie Lăcătușu, a humble priest, served in Bucharest, Romania. After his death in 1936, his body was moved to a common grave. Years later, in 1990, his relics were discovered incorrupt. Witnesses spoke of a sweet fragrance emanating from the grave, and his body was found to be miraculously preserved, a testament to his saintly life and unwavering faith. He was canonized in 1998.
