Martyrs Donat and Venust, during the reign of Emperor Julian the Apostate, were arrested for their unwavering faith. Refusing to renounce Christ, they were subjected to brutal tortures. Miraculously, they survived being thrown into a fiery furnace unharmed, their chains melting away. Finally, they were beheaded, sealing their devotion with their blood.

Let us pray to Donat and Venust, intercede for us, that we may remain steadfast in our faith amidst trials. O Lord, grant us strength through their prayers.
