Martyrs Donat and Venust suffered during the reign of Emperor Diocletian. Donat, a bishop, and Venust, along with their companions, were arrested for their unwavering Christian faith. They refused to offer sacrifices to pagan idols and openly confessed Christ. After enduring brutal tortures, they remained steadfast, glorifying God through their suffering. Their courage led many to convert to Christianity. Eventually, they were beheaded for their faith, receiving the crown of martyrdom.
