Saint John the New of Suceava

John, a merchant from Trebizond, was martyred in 1330 in Cetatea Albă (present-day Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, Ukraine). He was arrested for refusing to renounce his Christian faith and was tortured and beheaded. His relics are kept in the cathedral of Suceava, Romania. #SaintsOfNostr #OrthodoxSaints
