Pasicrates and Valentine, brothers and soldiers, stood firm in their Christian faith when Emperor Diocletian demanded they sacrifice to pagan gods. Refusing, they were tortured mercilessly, enduring beatings and scrapings. Their unwavering devotion inspired many, including their fellow soldiers, to embrace Christianity. They were ultimately beheaded for their faith.
