In the year 372, #Saint Sava, a Goth, openly confessed his faith in #JesusChrist, defying the Arian persecution. When ordered to partake in pagan sacrifices and eat meat offered to idols, he refused, declaring his unwavering devotion to the true God. Despite threats and torture, Sava remained steadfast. He was martyred by being drowned in the Musæus River.
