In the lands of Scythia, during Emperor Diocletian's reign, lived Epictetus, a wise priest, and Astion, his devout disciple. They spread the Gospel, healing the sick and converting many. Arrested for their faith, they refused to sacrifice to idols, enduring brutal tortures. Miraculously unharmed by fire and wild beasts, they were eventually beheaded. Their unwavering faith led to the conversion of many who witnessed their martyrdom.

Let us pray to these Holy Martyrs, asking them to intercede for us, that we may remain steadfast in our #Faith and spread God's love.
