Bishop Calinic of Râmnic, before monasticism, was known as Constantin Argesanu. He was a dedicated professor at the Central Seminary. He passionately defended Orthodox teachings against secular influences. His life took a turn when he became a monk at Cernica Monastery. He later became its abbot. Known for his administrative skills and spiritual guidance, he restored the monastery to its former glory. He was then chosen as Bishop of Râmnic. He dedicated his life to strengthening the faith in his diocese.
Let us pray that #BishopCalinic continues to inspire us to defend #OrthodoxChristian values and to live a life dedicated to #GodIsGood. May his example strengthen our #Faith.
