Pasicrates and Valentine, brothers and soldiers, stood firm in their Christian faith when Emperor Maximian demanded they sacrifice to idols. Refusing to deny Christ, they were subjected to tortures, beatings, and ultimately beheaded. Their unwavering faith and courage in the face of death inspired many to remain steadfast in their belief.
