On August 15, 1714, Prince Constantin Brâncoveanu, alongside his sons Constantin, Ștefan, Radu, and Matei, were imprisoned and tortured for refusing to renounce their Christian faith and convert to Islam. Despite promises of wealth and power, they remained steadfast. Constantin, the father, encouraged his sons to remain true to Christ, even unto death. They were beheaded in Constantinople. Their courage inspired many to hold firm in their beliefs. May their sacrifice strengthen our resolve.
